call confirmation message delivered twice

if you have call confirmaton enabled on a ring group and the ring group extension member is tagged to use its follow me and that extensions follow me also has confirmaiton enabled the confirmation routine is called successively with the recepient of the call neededing to confirm each time 

if call confirmation is in the dial plan we should only confirm once 

in the example below i answered the call to the ring group with my extension defined as 1001# and  after confirming once you can see im immediatlely asked to confirm again
