Time condition temporary override doesnt work

we have a time condition that was used to put a customer into holiday mode on July 3rd. They didn't need it for this year. They dialed the star code to deactivate it and it reset in a minute. I tried it multiple times and every minute it reset. The temporary override did not stick until the next time change, at the end of the day.

With this situation the time condition's overrride state is being overwritten every minute.
