ToDo:
Seen this in a few cases now with outbound broadcast calls, where the AGI introduces just enough delay between the ANSWER and the AMD lines to lose the audio from the answering party, so AMD only hears silence and flags the call as machine. If I answer a broadcast call with a simple 'hello', I am treated as machine, but if I answer with "hello this is Lorne", I'm identified as human. I've tested by moving the AGI line to after the AMD line, and AMD works as expected.
