queue callback with feature with confbridge

When queue announces caller positions, its not announcing the actual position, it keep changing when there is a callback number in the queue. eg: 3, 4 .... 3,2,3 etc.

solution: When the user opt for callback, immediately create a dummy Local channel add to the queue with the same position, And when the caller reaches the 1^st^ position, Either bridge caller with this dummy channel or Remove the dummy channel from queue and send the callback call to the queue with high priority
