      Description

      Create an open source AMD module used for configuring amd.conf

      This is so these tickets (modules) can utilize it:

      Additionally you'll need to add the AMD function for dialplan into extensions.class.php in framework.

      For writing out dialplan using BMO look at parking

      and

      function writeConfig() is needed as a passthru for genConfig().
