Allow Coversheet Company Logo, Name, Address #, Phone, Web Site, and Footer to be customized per User in UCP per user. Through the Gear COG on the fax widget.

Can these fields be added to UCP, both in the Fax Settings and again on the Coversheet pages (which pulls the default values from Fax Settings but allows them to be changed on an individual fax basis)? That way users can update the fields on their own and won't have the rely on IT staff to do it for them.
