Choosing Send Fax from UCP Contact Manager fails, generates error

      Description

      We've upgraded Contact Manager to Edge version 14.0.4.5 to resolve FREEPBX-17376.'

      We can now set Fax to Yes and the setting saves.  When we choose a Contact, pick the Number, and choose Send Fax, we get an error.

      Attached is a screenshot, as well as browser console logs from both Chrome and Safari.
