Send Fax in UCP does not load entries from Contacts

In FreePBX 13, when someone types into the Send Fax Destination field, entries from the Users Contacts pop up and can be selected as the Destination.

In FreePBX 14, that doesn't happen.  For Users who fax to the same destinations over and over, creating Contacts and allowing them to search for them by Name is quite useful.  This functionality seems to have been lost from FreePBX 13 to 14.  I've attached screenshots.
