Error when deleting Contact Group in UCP

When one deletes a Contacts Group in UCP, the error message, "There was an error. See the console log for more details." comes up.  See screen shot.

On the web page, the Contacts Group that was deleted still appears.  However, after logging out and logging back in, the Contact Group no longer appears.

I'm not sure if the console log is the /var/log/httpd/error_log or not.  That file has entries like this:
