Enhance Fax Success/Failure Message Details

We recently moved a government customer from an old fax solution to a FreePBX system.  Their old system gave them a lot more detail in the email notifications.  Here's an example of an email their GoldFax system gave them:

The email FreePBX sends looks like this:

I'm not sure what variables are available when the email notification is being created, but if the Recipient Name (which would come from the system-generated Coversheet, if they used that) is available, they would like that.  It will help them know at a glance which fax was successful or failed, as names are better remembered than numbers.

Also, the user who was logged in to send the fax, the number of pages sent, and any other detail available would probably be helpful.  Our customer is collecting both success and failures into a central mailbox/vault, but the emails don't contain enough nearly as much information as they'd like.
