Virtual queue timeout call after 1minute and half

Hello, i'm having a problem using virtual queue. I configured an inbound route that point to a Virtual queue that change the penality of the queue with penality rules. The call abort after exactly 1 minute 30 seconds saying that the person cannot be reached, please try later.

I expect the call to be delivered to the linked queue fallback system and I expect that the queue timeout to be followed (or the virtual queue). But neither are considered. 

I have FOP2 installed

I use freepbx version 14.0.1.36
vqueue pro version 14.0.1
