disable trunks after restore option

I followed the directions for creating a warm backup server. My backup server contacts the primary box, runs a backup and then restores the backup on my warm standby. After the restore is completed I have the option selected to disable all registered trunks but after the restore is complete all the trunks are online. I added a post_restore hook to run a script to disable the trunks which appears to be working.
