System Recording from extension wont allow filename to be entered

      Description

      Having recorded a new system recording from my extension I can't save it because clicking on the OK in the  "enter a valid name and save"  pop up box using chrome just causes another box to appear so I can't populate the filename field.

      All modules are up to date.

      Please fix this.
