Sort contact manager groups and entries

Currently, new contact manager groups are added to the end of the list.  It would be nice if these could be sorted, either alphabetically or in a manually configured order.  It appears that the entries in the groups are being sorted alphabetically when they are pulled up on a Sangoma phone via the contacts app.
