Xact Dialer/Broadcast cannot retreive FTP file and when possible the file is deleted from the FTP server

Hi Team,

in this case, the customer is using XactDialer/Broadcast.

He is trying to use the FTP call URI source for retrieving the csv file and its not pulling the numbers in automatically. He is entering the syntax/uri ftp://username:password@192.168.1.9/filename.csv

When opening the file via IE or Chrome and it works fine.

I was able to log in from the PBX to the FTP server and retrieving the file worked when I disabled the passive mode.

The customer also reports that when passive mode is disabled in the FTP server (Windows), when Xactialer retrieves the file, but deletes it from the FTP.
