VM is not transferred over using conversion script

      Description

      During the initial conversion setup on the donor machine, I answered yes to xfer voicemail:

      
Directory /var/spool/asterisk/monitor? (65.48GB) [yN] n
Directory /var/spool/asterisk/tmp? (233.06GB) [yN] n
Directory /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail? (194.53GB) [yN] y
Directory /tftpboot? (895.74MB) [yN] n

      However, voicemail wasn't xferred to the new PBX.

      Tangentially related to FREEPBX-14693, but that ticket refers to config.
