Call Recording Report (Commercial):: Duration time appears as 00:00:00 for all calls

      Description

      Hello Team,

      As shown in the attached pictures the Duration Column for all calls appear as 00:00:00 although looking at the CDR recorded calls have the call-duration displayed correctly.

      Call recording module is at version 13.0.24.6 Stable

      All modules are up to date.
