Inbound Routes -> Time conditions going to main page not actual time condition

I have inbound routes pointing to time conditions. When I click the shortcut link in inbound routes going to that specific time condition it does not go into that time condition but instead goes to the time condition main page. I believe it is missing the "&view=form" in the GET url to go straight into the time condition form/page.
