Very easy to delete records when using display filter in Queue Callback

If you enter characters in the search filter when viewing a Queue Callback report, the filter is dynamic so it's not necessary to press enter or submit. However, if the user does press enter (by accident or without realizing it is not necessary), it will activate one of the Clear buttons and delete records with no confirmation.

The various 'Clear' buttons on this page should prompt the user to first confirm before deleting records.
