Queue Callback issue in calling external number.

Queue Callback issue in calling external number. Called from an external number and set the queue callback.

Once the agents are free the external number receives the callback and will get the confirm message prompt "press 1 to accept and 2 to decline"

If I press 1, the call gets disconnected instead of dialing the agent. Same was working earlier.
