Request: Dashboard alert for email sending failures

It would be nice if, when FreePBX fails to send an email, there would be a notification added to the dashboard saying so.  I recently fixed some email settings and users suddenly received several day's worth of emails at once (old voicemails and such).  If a notification was there saying "Email sending failure", then it would have alerted me to fix the problem much sooner.
