Cannot update VM Notify settings

I just purchased VM Notify yesterday.  I can create a VM Notification, but I cannot edit it.  Since it is brand new to me, I am needing to play with/test features and functions, but I can't change anything.  When I make changes, I click Submit, and I am returned to the list of VM Notifications (presently only 1), but when I go back in to see the settings, nothing has changed.  I have tried changing Recipients, Delete Original Message, and Fixed Caller ID, but the settings don't change.
