Conference Administrator (can he/she admit/deny/mute and unmute participants

Apologies this is my first post

I'm trying to understand how to administer my coinferences. I want to be able to use a management portal to mute/unmute/admit and deny participants into my conference calls. Can this not be done via freepbx. From what I gather it's either meetme or astconfman that are used for conference call processing. However the web-meetme documentation is scant for any recent freepbx version and it appears depricated. Astconfman appears to have a web interface that is not installed by default and doesn't appear straightforward to implement.

Am I looking in the wrong place or do I need to do this to be able administer conference calls from the web portal?
