Change External CID Configuration option under Extensions Find me/Follow me tab needs to be moved to Extensions Advanced settings tab.

      Description

      Change External CID Configuration option under Extensions --> Find me/Follow me tab needs to be moved to Extensions --> Advanced settings tab. And should be independent of Follow me.

      Currently this feature will work only when follow me is enabled. This feature is also used for Forwarded calls. But Follow me needs to be enabled to make this feature work for call forwards. So please shift this feature to Extensions --> Advanced settings tab and make it independent of follow me settings.
