Can't disable support menu options for any admin login

      Description

      Attempting to create an Admin login with only the following menu options disabled:
      Admin - FreePBX Support
      Admin - Online Support

      Either by creating an Administrator (Admin, Administrators) or creating a user with Admin access, and setting both of the above options to disabled, the menu items are still present when the user logs in.
