      Description

      To Sangoma's ticket support
      Dear Support,
We seem to be having some trouble with the FreePBX video codec settings.
Referring to the screenshots, we have dialed 900 (which connects us to prime meeting as per screen shot : screenshot20171016_18.24.13.png) using the extension 2004 on the mac application FoNEX Softphone.
After keying in the meeting password, we managed to join the meeting and audio works but not video (the screen is blue-ish purple as per screenshot20171016_18.25.04.png) . Have also captured a log for your kind reference.
This issue also seems to occur on FoNEX Mobile (both Android and iOS).
Have sought advise from CounterPath to which they have replied and mentioned to check with FreePBX as it seems like a video packetization issue.
However, we could not seem to locate where or how to change packetization mode from 1 to 0 for h.264 codec. Could you please advise us on this?
Kindly refer to their comments below:
      Hello,
It appears that this server is also negotiating Packetization-Mode 1:
      Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:99 H264/90000
      Media Attribute (a): fmtp:99 profile-level-id=428016; max-mbps=69500; max-fs=2304; packetization-mode=1
      Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:116 vnd.polycom.lpr/9000
      Media Attribute (a): fmtp:116 V=2;minPP=150;PP=150;RS=52;RP=10;PS=1260
Media Attribute (a): rtcp-fb:* ccm fir
Media Attribute (a): rtcp-fb:* ccm tmmbr
Media Attribute (a): rtcp-fb:* nack pli
      Media Attribute (a): sendrecv
The root cause seems to be with your primary server.
Kindly advise. Appreciate if you can point us to the setting we need to change/update to fix this.
      Many thanks!
