Fax Pro can reuse filenames on forwarding

I have been having an issue where sometimes a fax sent to one number will be sent to another number.  I believe this is happening when a fax fails and we use the forwarding functionality to resend.  I have determined that the faxes involved are reusing filenames in the /var/spool/asterisk/fax/out directory.  Querying the fax_stores table shows duplicate filenames being used though their destinations and page counts differ.  We are a medical facility; so, a bug such as this has HIPAA ramifications.  Thank you for looking into this issue.
