Time Groups, One time time

After having a time group "reoccur" a year later and bite me in the fanny, I thought it would be nice to have a "Remove after experation" option to clear the entry.

Less exciting option is to add the year to time group entries, and we would have to remove expired items. If the year wraps, we won't be around to worry about it.
