      Description

Running 'features show' in Asterisk shows two definitions for the *1 feature code. In all cases that I tested, the apprecord dynamic feature governs (which is what we want), but on one customer system (running Asterisk 11.25.1) the appmon feature code governed causing issues for them until I discovered the problem.

For neatness, I think it should only be defined once.
