Distro ISO doesn't display EFI boot options

      Description

      With the latest Sangoma 7 ISO (1706-1), when booting the ISO using EFI the same install options are not given (the install immediately starts) that you see when booting MBR.

      In looking at grub.cfg in the EFI/BOOT folder on the ISO, it looks like "set timeout=0" so the default option is chosen and we can't set networking up with a static IP. I believe this was working fine with the beta version of the ISO.
