Time Groups - Dates outside of a date range are evaluated as valid when spanning across a month.

      Description

      When using Time Groups. If a range that spans multiple months, dates that are outside of this range are considered 'valid'

      Obviously, the work around for this is to create groups that apply to 1 month only, but this is only a work around.
