dashboard module displaying wrong number of users offline

hi, i am not sure when it happened exactly, i think it was around version 14.0.2.2, but i notice now that the number of offline users is incorrect...before this version, it was accurate.  i have attached a screenshot.  in it you can see that it is showing 75 connected users (i verified this with pjsip show contact) and this number is correct.  but it is showig 71 unconnected users.  I think this would extensions defined but not connected?  if so, this number is way off.  I only have about 12 of those and that is what used to show on the graph before 14.0.2.2
