ToDo:
FreePBX extensions can be generated automatically in iSymphony by toggling the parameter in the Other tab when creating/editing an extension. When you click 'apply config' it shows up in the extension list in iSymphony.
In an HA cluster, configured to use iSymphony on a remote server, the extensions are not added to iSymphony until you run 'fwconsole r' as root. Using apply config, or running 'fwconsole r' as asterisk user, and the extensions are not created in iSymphony. I have no issue when using non-HA system with remote iSymphony server.
Steps to reproduce:
- login as admin in to isymphony
- browse to phone system, extensions
- create new extension in FreePBX with 'add to isymphony' enabled on other tab, and submit
- click 'apply config'
- note that new extension does not show up in iSymphony list of extensions
- run 'fwconsole r' and note that extension instantly appears in iSymphony list of extensions.
Not sure if this is useful:
[root@freepbx-a ~]# sudo -u asterisk fwconsole r --verbose
