Call Confirm Announcement under Virtual Queue module is broken.

The help text for Call Confirm Announcement field under Virtual Queues says Announcement to be played remote agents when answering a queue call to confirm they want to answer the call. This will override the queue setting as well as any follow-me announcement they have set.

But

Case1 : If you have set the Destination field to Queue and you set Call Confirm Announcement option under Virtual Queues module to some custom recording it will not announce the recording until you set Call Confirm option under that Queue to yes.

Case2 : If you have set the Destination field to some extension, activated follow me for that extension to external number and you set Call Confirm Announcement option under Virtual Queues module to some custom recording it will not announce the recording until you set Call Confirm option under that extension to yes. And also it is not overriding the follow-me announcement after setting Call Confirm option to yes.

steps to reproduce:

Case1:
1. Create a virtual queue.
2. Set Call Confirm Announcement option under Virtual Queues module to some custom recording.
3. Set the Destination field to Queue and set Call Confirm option under that Queue to NO.
4. Test a call to Virtual Queue and it will not play the Call Confirm Announcement until you set Call Confirm option under that Queue to yes.

Case2:
1. Create a virtual queue.
2. Set Call Confirm Announcement option under Virtual Queues module to some custom recording.
3. Set the Destination field to any extension, activate follow me for that extension to external number and and set Call Confirm option under that Queue to NO.
4. Test a call to Virtual Queue and it will not play the Call Confirm Announcement until you set Call Confirm option under that Extensions Follow me tab to yes.
5. Even after setting Call Confirm option under that Extensions Follow me tab to yes, it will not override follow-me announcement set for that extension.
