Voicemail "Max Message Silence (Milliseconds)" should be (Seconds)

      Description

      In Voicemail Admin under Voicemail | Settings | Limits, Max Message Silence (Milliseconds), if that is setting the maxsilence vaule then it should read (Seconds), not (Milliseconds). The default is 10 so if it really were milliseconds, all voicemails would time out almost immediately.
