Removed System Recording does not remove Feature Code

When removing a Custom System Recording with an active linked Feature Code to change the recording from a phone, the Feature Code remains active.

The Feature Code should be either deleted - possibly to be reused - or at least deactivated.

To avoid the bug, the System Recording must be first updated deactivating the Feature Code before deleting the System Recording.
