Hi Team,
in this case, the user noticed his Time conditions are not working correctly since Day Light Savings Time.
I assisted the customer with the following:
- Set the time correctly in the server
- Checked time zone is set properly in FreePBX
- Restart NTP service
- Restart apache
- Make sure date and hwclock show the correct date
- Rebooted the whole server
- Recommend the user to upgrade to FreePBX 13. He was in v12 previously.
After upgdrading the system I noticed the following:

The user complains calls are arriving one hour early to his queue and no one can answer them because the staff has not arrived at the office.
