Change wording on Broadcast module for 14

Starting in ver. 12 (or even earlier) the following text is displayed at the top of the Page for Broadcast:

The Broadcast service NO LONGER STOPS AUTOMATICALLY after completing a campaign. It will keep running and checking for newly active campaigns, or added numbers to call. This is a significant change from previous usage, and it's important you are aware of this.

 
It should be reworded for 14+ to something like:

The Broadcast doesn't stop automatically after completing a campaign. It will keep running and checking for newly active campaigns, or added numbers to call.

I also note that the Dashboard does not display the status of the Broadcast daemon, shouldn't it?
