Concurrent Call setting in broadcast is not working also help text needs to be changed.

Concurrent Call option is given in both Campaign and General Setting tabs of the broadcast. Need to add the help text mentioning which setting will override the other.

Even if the concurrent call is set to 1 both at Campaign and General Setting option its dialing all the numbers at a time. Tested by uploading 2,3 and 4 numbers to the group.
