After selecting campaign Restart under Broadcast Service status the Campaign activation and Service start/stop will not work until you refresh the screen.

After resetting the campaign if we active the campaign and start or stop the service it will reset the campaign to inactive and the campaign will not be activated until you refresh the screen and click on active.
