Add advanced setting to override conference call recording feature added in FREEPBX-13029

      Description

      In FREEPBX-13029 we removed the ability to record conference calls in Asterisk version prior to 14 because there was no way for us to reliably know the recording name. However some users may be ok with this, so I propose we add an advanced setting to allow them to override this setting which will allow them to record the conference calls, which will then be accessible to them on the filesystem of the PBX.
