Allowing recording of conferences if user join/leave is disabled

      Description

      Hello,

      Based on ticket FREEPBX-13029 that has been closed due to a minor problem of recording conferences calls, I suggest to only disable the recording of the conference call when the user allows the "join/leave" feature.

      We can do it in the javascript part to disable the recording if the "join/leave" is marked.

      Also, we can mention that in the recording explanation section as well.

      I believe that it is important to allow recording of a conference call because the vast usage of conferences is without the "join/leave" feature.
