System Registration missing UK counties

When registering a deployment in the UK, in the "State/ Territory" drop down selector there are only English counties.
Either put England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales as separate countries in the above "Country" selection and list each nation's counties, or please list all the counties of the nations that make the United Kingdom in the "State/Territory" selection.
