Xact Dialer - Broadcast Commercial module need to stop dialing when a call connects with the agent

Hi, we have an issue with the Xact/Broadcast module, basically what we wants to accomplish is to make the Xact/Broadcast stop the call until the agents are free.

Example: we are setting up a campaign were we are connecting the client to an IVR, the IVR greeting ask the client if they want more info about the campaign press 1 to be connected to a live agent, after that they press 1 and we send the call to a Ring Group or Queue, when that is done we would like the Xact/Broadcast to stop making calls until the agents hang up the calls in case another client press 1 to be connected and the agents are busy.

We know this is a commercial module and we may have to pay for this request.
