Timecondition override not working!

Hi,

Please note that the timecondition override does not work properly in fpbx13.

1. InboundRoutes.png, TimeGroup.png, TimeCondition.png and TimeCondition_list.png are pictures with setup.

2. NORMAL.jpg is when the override is activated (red blf) which is fine.
3. INCOMING_CALL.jpg shows incoming call rings extension 36 which is not fine.
4. AFTER_THE_CALL.jpg shows override blf goes red again
5. AFTER_THE_CALL_10sec.jpg shows override blf goes green on its own.

6. CLI> core show hint *271
*271@timeconditions-toggl: Custom:TC1 State:InUse Watchers 7

I have attached .txt file with asterisk CLI with timecondition going on/off on its own.

We have dosen of clients with this "bug". Please can you look into it

This setup was working fine in fpbx12.
