      Description

Trialling the Broadcast module (Ver 13.0.8) and could not work out why the calls were just dropping as soon as they were answered.

Looked in the console and noticed there were the following messages:

WARNING[22328][C-00000050] file.c: File custom/front_house_sales_6 does not exist in any format
[2016-11-04 13:15:15] WARNING[22328][C-00000050] file.c: Unable to open custom/front_house_sales_6 (format (slin)): No such file or directory
      [2016-11-04 13:15:15] WARNING[22328][C-00000050] app_playback.c: Playback failed on Local/07972XXXXXX@from-internal-00000046;1 for custom/front_house_sales_6

I looked in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en_GB/custom and my file was there as a .wav
So I copied the file into /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom, tried again and it played the file correctly.

The issue appears to be that the broadcast module was not aware that I had chosen en_GB in Sound Languages.

Hopefully an easy fix for you guys.

      Kind regards, Nigel.
