Conference timeout value stuck at default

The newly added `Member Timeout` option doesn't appear to actually function; if you create a conference with a non-default value for this option, then click the edit button on the new room the default value is still show.

Similarly if you edit an existing conference and change the member value it will not persist - the next time you go to edit it you'll find the default value is still there.
