      Description

System recordings appear to be unusable for me for any custom recordings. The files were all recorded from an employee using the System Recordings webgui by calling an extension. All the recordings were properly saved as files to the /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/custom folder, but the system no longer recognizes that they are there. As soon as I record or upload a new file, submit, and apply config, the file is shown as missing if I go into edit the recording or reference it from an IVR or announcement, and even as soon as I upload a new file or record a new file and try to play it back, I get a php error referencing an "undefined index".

The attached images show the error I get when looking at any custom recording, the actual list of files in the custom folder and the path, and the php error. I am happy to provide anything else needed, thank you for your time!
