      Description

I'm frequently noticing cases where submit button doesn't work. That is, it exists, and I can press it, and it appears to detent on the UI, but nothing happens (post doesn't go out). This is not 100% repeatable, although once stuck in this state it's generally difficult to get out of without giving up and refreshing and starting over.

For example, the first time I went to enter an announcement, having just loaded the module and having none, I entered all the fields correctly (no pop-up prompts, selected the destination as an IVR, and the only ivr available shows up below, and then submit does nothing.

I go back and try again, purposefully doing everything wrong (making it force me to enter a name, select a destination, etc). When I select IVR it does not show the ivr selector this time, and submit works.

When I retry the same failure and success sequences later, I get different results. Not sure what's going on wrong except that:

      • submit sometimes won't post, appears to be more common when there are no entries (zero index issue maybe?)
      • destination selectors don't always add the second selector row when they should
      • this kind of randomness is a bad sign.

If i figure out any other details I'll add to the issue. If you need me to capture anything from the browser (chrome, although it's repeatable in all browsers) when it's stuck let me know.
