The ability to hard set a minimum ringer volume on our end points

      Description

      For call centers and other organizations where they have employees that are putting their ringer volume at 0 and then letting calls go to voicemail, another queue, department, etc...

      This "Ringer Control Volume" would allow them to set the volume to a certain level so that employees could not claim their phone did not ring.
